Duzza 182 Posted October 29, 2015 (edited) Picked this up earlier this week from a jeweller in Italy via Chrono24. Very pleased with this as they are super hard to track down in this state. Its pretty much as new, boxed with papers and is a transitional reference 79280. Its lineage is after the 79180 'Big Block' but before they started to fit Tudor rather than Rolex parts and adorn the dial with Tiger Woods sponsorship. Therefore it sports a Rolex crown, caseback and the iconic oyster strap as well having an Oysterdate dial as opposed to a Prince dial. Movement is a 7750 which is currently running +/- 6 secs a day, not bad for a 20 year old watch! I give you my new (to me) Datetona.....
