OVERALL – I was looking for something different for Xmas from the Mrs and found this large Swiss made chrono at a decent price. There are plenty of so called “Swiss Made Military” chronos out there but lots are about as Swiss as an iPhone! Hanowa has a long and genuine Swiss history founded in 1963. The dial is unusual and is complimented by the red bezel giving it a unique look. Build quality is great and size and weight wise it perfect for me.

Hope you enjoyed this review and any feedback or comments is most welcome

Does it have one of those thingies for getting a stone out from a horses hoof?

Looks damn good mate, how does it wear? Looks a little top heavy for me

Wears fine PB its not very thick at 13mm and its not that heavy - compared to a Breitling Super Avenger its lightweight.

And its not top heavy like a DSSD is in fact had it on earlier under my coat out walking my dog and forgot it was on :giggle:

That looks great. A lot of styling cues from Tudor / Rolex, tastefully executed. Very nice!
