AP Ro stem/crown issue..help pleasse!

So just got my watch in today.

and this happens :/

the stem and crown are loose and when i pull it they come out completely

tried searching some threads but still completely lost on how to fix this..

 

any help please?

+1. Once the chinese new year is over, email the dealer explaining exactly what happened. you will have to ship it back though.

 

If you're impatient, you could get a trusted repair shop here to help you out. (it would be quicker, but cost you a little more).

yeah its from a TD. i emailed him, i guess no choice but to ship it back.. part of the hobby right? atleast the 2nd watch i bought was awesome. Sad though i was really looking forward to this AP :/

Hold up..

I would personally just send it to watch repair guy, rarther the wait months to get it back.. Contact 1010 watch repair if in USA. Probably just need keyless reset .
