Factory sent the problem watch again!(Richard Millie)

One of my customer from London ordered a watch directly from the factory.Even it was new,it got problem.So he brought to me to check it.when I checked it the rotor was broken.So he asked me to repair it for him as it can't replace another one.So I just fixed the original rotor back.now he is really happy...

The rotor is broken pieces.

I fix the rotor and ball bearing

Rotor is done.

My friend told me rotor is noises.so I put the silicon grase rotor.it's not noise anymore.

I saw dust on the face.i take out.
