The leather in these pouches is so soft. If I had access to an industrial sewing machine I would try to make it on my own. Maybe I'll have a go at hand sewing one just for shits and giggles.. Wait till my next break and I'll update the thread. UPDATE: Quite a learning curve. Never done leather work in my life. Kudos to the pros. Your straps are worth every cent considering the time and effort required. I ended up marking the leather with ballpoint and marked it wrong so being unfinished leather essentially fucked it. Cubic Hare 494 Posted February 21, 2015 Rather than wreck another valuable nut sack I decided to practice first on some found scrap leather from work. This stuff is at least 15years old and is so damn supple. I'm doing a 20mm and a 22mm "Blue Balls" strap to hone my skills before I tackle the Roo leather. I've just ordered some tangs from the bay and need to purchase some thread (I'm thinking cream) and a leather fork to get the stitching done.
