LeandroBR 14 Posted November 7, 2012 I gave up searching for a nice quartz and started wearing my PAM 286 and 243. Of course, both on rubber strap. So far, they are doing the job pretty well !

diegosaenz 0 Posted November 7, 2012 I honestly consider the G-Shock horrible. I'd rather wear nothing haha
diegosaenz 0 Posted November 7, 2012 Mhee ultimate workout watch is iPod I love how it looks, but 200 bucks for an 8gig ipod? No way. For 199 I'll get myself another IWC Cousteau from Toro and use the chrono!
peakpower 0 Posted November 7, 2012 I've been using a Polar Heart Rate Monitor with chest strap for years. It's important for me to know my HRM and how long I'm in different zones.
aututto 0 Posted November 7, 2012 G-shocks seem to juvenile and "what's in", the old school ones are cool though. However I'm partial to being different. I think the suunto's look sweet. Garmin makes some cool watches, a little pricey, but different. Do a little google searching, I've run into some sweet outdoor watches that would work fine for workouts. Bash64 17 Posted November 8, 2012 I really don't think I will get addicted to g-shock watches :P These people said the same thing when they bought their first g-shock... look at them now If you get into watches, you are doomed, there is no other way around. WOW! That is a whole different level of sickness. I may have a problem, but I'm pretty sure my wife would leave me if I had THIS problem.

PetshaFey 0 Posted November 8, 2012 during sex I don't wear a watch cuz sometimes it ends up scratching her... ...that's the only kind of "working out" this guy does! Not my only, I also lift weights (read drink beer) but it does not really matter what I wear then.
Cynikal.Mindset 1 Posted November 8, 2012 I don't consider drinking beer working out...maybe carrying the keg up 2 flights of stairs in which case no watch is worn either

#21 0 Posted November 8, 2012 Suunto Core, a great watch. Have a look at futurumshop. Reminds me of buying a new battery kit. Two maybe, to be on the safe side.
Dan sanchez 0 Posted November 8, 2012 I've had my g-shock for just under 4 years. The strap's snapped and i think i might have to replace it. Feels like a death in the family.
