If it isn't gen then you still will be covered under eBay's buyer protection and get a refund without having to send the watch back. Ebay requires you to destroy the watch, however they don't require you to provide evidence of doing so. Anything counterfeit being sold on ebay will result in banishment of your account, and a lot of sellers won't want that. I read a post (on WUS I think) of someone buying a Tissot (now I think about it it was probably one of the ones on Ali) from an ebay seller, and being unsure weather it was gen or not. He took it into the AD who verified it was gen, but had already posted the photos on the forum... I cant remember how it all was proven but basically some of the Tissot expert members on there proved it was definitely a rep even though the AD had authenticated it!
