Days on my new Seiko SKX009

Recommended Posts

Hi.

Just received my Seiko SKX009. Everything is good and it's an amazing watch for the money.

But when i would set the time and date I found something weird.

When i'm turning the crown to set the day it DOESN'T go like this: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun and so on.

It goes like this: Mon, Lun, Tue, Mar, Wed, Mie, Thu, Jue, Fri, Vie, Sat, Sab, Sun, Dom.

Why? And will it go in that order or what is the meaning? I can't figure it out.

Could be that while the day is changing (between 12-3am i think), it could show the second language while changing. After 3am you should have the primary language you've selected.

Great, I can live with that. I have never heard or seen this before.

I learned something new today :D

Yeah, that's basically how it works.

Also the Saturday in spanish should be blue and Sunday red IIRC.
