greg_r 84 Posted December 24, 2010 it's not a tourbillon. Just an exposed balance wheel.
Tristan123 0 Posted December 24, 2010 it's not a tourbillon. Just an exposed balance wheel. Is it worth the money that i would be paying for the watch?? can you tell what movement is in it just by looking??
greg_r 84 Posted December 24, 2010 I can be sure it's a faux tourbillon, yes. Anyhow, the price alone gives that away - a genuine tourby is going to cost you a minimum of $500 and usually much more. It's going to be a basic chinese '21j' movement of some description. Personally, I don't think these things are worth having, but if you like it, that's all that matters. Parnis watches are generally fairly well made and you could have done a lot worse.
