Need watchmaker for misgeared Tag Aqua in USA

I am in need of a watchmaker who can fix my new quartz Tag Aqua Racer. At first I though the

hours hand was merely misaligned. However, 12 rotations of the minute hand (by crown or time)

makes the hours hand move 14 hours. Pretty weird. Anybody can recommend someone would be appreciated. Replacing movement with one that works would be OK with me.
