Big Adam 0 Posted September 28, 2015 The strap? Looks very similar to the one on my Zenith http://chronomatic.com/primero.html (Sorry, shite windoze phone is a bugger to post links on) As far as I'm aware, this is a stock aftermarket strap. On twitter, you mention that yours will be aged? Could be interesting then I suppose.

On twitter, you mention that yours will be aged? Could be interesting then I suppose. I quite like the idea as we've just signed the rights to a very historical racer and I wanted to give the watch that 50's feel. This isn't the actual strap as the leather isn't aged enough, but just the concept. What do you think? Bin it or sell it?
Big Adam 0 Posted September 28, 2015 Well I really like my strap, so I on that basis yours is nice too. My point was more that mine is a mainstream, off the shelf item that is probably cheaper for you to buy in @ retail for much the same effect. I'm more intrigued by your historical racer! The guessing begins! EDIT: Just checked and my strap is a Hirsch 'Rally'.
Big Adam 0 Posted September 28, 2015 Not 50's really but I'm taking a punt on Louis Chiron as the new Bugatti Veyron replacement will be called the 'Chiron' so would make a lot of sense! Chiron is also the name of my son, so if you release a Chiron watch I can guarantee at least one sale!!

Big Adam 0 Posted October 2, 2015 Hmmm well the 50's WERE Fangio and Ascari but I can't see you selling many Argentinian themed pieces. Got it! You got a Moss link-up?? Going with a 722 design? Doubt you can use a three-point star!

Doubt you can use a three-point star! Hey we have a deal with Moss to do The 722 and it's selling really well....he's a great guy to work with. And if we put a 3 pointed star join our watch I think we'd be closed down in a day Keep visiting and keep your valuable feedback coming please!

ShamiK 0 Posted November 17, 2015 (edited) Anyone out there like motorbikes? Have a look at our BSA® range. Edited November 17, 2015 by ShamiK
ShamiK 0 Posted January 8, 2016 Hi everyone, I launched a new drivers watch yesterday called The Laguna Seca....it's no ordinary track and this is no ordinary timepiece. Do have a look and let me know what you think - Laguna Seca
ShamiK 0 Posted June 1, 2016 So Tag just launched the James Hunt watch, personally I think my official Hesketh Racing Chrono licensed legally and correctly by the ex F1 team is a lot nicer and a lot cheaper. Have a look and let me know what you think? https://www.omologato.myshopify.com/collections/the-hesketh-f1-chrono
trailboss99 994 Posted June 1, 2016 I'm liking the Hesketh; where are the BSA's mate, can't find 'em.
Abe Fromen 1,623 Posted June 1, 2016 I like the Leguna Seca but for the same cash I can get a mechanical Magrette. Start making mechanicals at your price point and you'll get the WIS crowd geeked.
Citizenslide 0 Posted August 5, 2016 I guess one way of justifying the retail price is by using above average components throughout - what straps do you use? Are they made in-house or supplied by a specialist strap maker?

Are they made in-house or supplied by a specialist strap maker? Hey sorry I haven't been on here a while. We pay a lot to use the iconic racing names and liveries and so that's where a lot of our cost comes from. Mechanicals coming soon though! I'm liking the Hesketh; where are the BSA's mate, can't find 'em. BSA has sold out I'm afraid
LightGeek 25 Posted October 20, 2016 Well, your marketing worked and I clicked. Unfortunately the price, design, and website quibbles (grammar, formatting, etc) turned me off. Good luck though! It takes work to get things off the ground so you're on your way

Daffy 105 Posted October 21, 2016 It's just the last link you posted, to the Hesketh, that gets a warning. None of the others do, that I have found as of yet. Since you are doing the assembly in your Britain facility, how about offering custom builds, in regards to the casing? Offer any of the watches in the case of your choice (for an upgrade charge, of course...). Let's say I wanted a Laguna Seca, but in a black case. This shouldn't take any real effort to accomplish. All car people are customizers. They do anything and everything to make a car "their own", and spend a ton of cash to accomplish this. You should offer the same choices in their watches. Allow them to pay you for the privilege of doing something different. This option makes their purchase become personal to them. Builds brand loyalty, and repeat business. Any personalization you can do factors into premium pricing -- and differentiates you from comparison with other brands directly. For example, offer case engraving or monogram on the strap and the perceived value (and real $$$) goes up.
