novnovi 0 Posted August 27, 2015 Ok so.. i just went to a local watchsmith to see if he had a used moon, instead to buy it on the web... but my eyes fall on an explorer I 36mm... i never consider to buy a datejust or even an explorer.. but it was soo cool ! i used to wear 42mm watches or at least 40... bigger are not for me.. and only wear smaller swatch.. and i don't know if a smaller get me ''bored'' explorer is quite more expensive but hey ! it's a rolex ! really don't know what to do now
James. 4 Posted August 27, 2015 Buy the rolex, if you dont love it sell it and break even.
Kwt 11 Posted August 27, 2015 I had a moonie, sold it and never looked back. It gets a lot of hype because of the first man on the watch thing. Go with the watch that you want to buy. I have tried on a SMP in ceramic and I didn't think they were that special.
narikaa 129 Posted August 29, 2015 Stick the 3K in a jar and work on sticking a lot more in there with it then you can drag your focus out of the mire of the mundane

ImNotFatImFluffy 0 Posted November 11, 2015 Well if thick and heavy watches arent you, maybe a super goat (updated goat from goatling) with just a little more money They reduced the size to 43mm and its thinner than the last batch of goat models

jeffrsho 0 Posted December 13, 2015 Stick the 3K in a jar and work on sticking a lot more in there with it then you can drag your focus out of the mire of the mundane I have to agree with this 100%. Find something you really want regardless of price and work to attain it, you'll be much happier!
Daywatch 4 Posted December 13, 2015 From the selected +1 for the Moonie. It´s been tested by time and enough ppl have used it for decades which is a sign. Otherwise I also love divers and what You really want is a rolex, so either double the budget for once and get a Submariner/Seadweller now or save up these 3k for later. Amg32 0 Posted December 13, 2015 Moon is more mature and everyday watch very classy. sea master is lower end luxury watch for people in college 20-30 years of age.. Why not 007 ?

Steve36 70 Posted December 22, 2015 Recently tried on a moonie and it was tiny! Almost looked like a woman's watch on my wrist, so before you buy...try. They are such an iconic watch and have a huge following worldwide but don't get it because of that, make sure before you flash the cash my friend. If it is too small move up to a smp or po depending on the size your comfortable with etc, either way you can't loose as there all good watches.
