ImWatchingYOU 0 Posted January 12, 2011 Found one website, which sells a lot of boxes for good prices. Anyone used their services before? http://www.aobobuy.com/OriginalWatch-Boxes-407-1.html
RS9 1 Posted January 12, 2011 Ask Fakey! Mate I think he's looking for a box, not a Fakey/Aoo-Mariner.
w204 0 Posted January 12, 2011 I have used Robbie(Aoobuy/Aobobuy) before. While I wouldn't buy watches from him, I would buy clothes and boxes. The clothes he sells are actually the same quality with real tags. Got a military -style A&F jacket that retailed for 200 from him for 48. Rock and Republic jeans for 22 bucks. He responds quite fast with emails and I believe he does give a slight forum discount(not sure anymore).
KeNnY 29 Posted January 12, 2011 isn't it a scam ? or is he reliable ? Really, a Rolex box with Booklets, card, leather card holder, certificate all included for 32 USD ?!
w204 0 Posted January 12, 2011 Do searches on other forums, there are other people who bought from him. The stuff I ordered came in so I guess it isn't a scam.
KeNnY 29 Posted January 12, 2011 what is his usual price for shipping via air mail ?
greg_r 83 Posted January 12, 2011 lol@AD: I had exactly the same first thought! Robbie is reliable, yes. He's not generally a great source for watches as most of his decent stuff is a bit on the expensive side, but he does stock a good range of boxes (note that as with watches, you get what you pay for with rep boxes - the cheaper ones are... umm cheaper... if you get what I mean). Just be warned that carriage can be expensive. Personally I still don't really see the point in rep boxes, but mebbe that's just me...

w204 0 Posted January 12, 2011 I honestly don't remember but I did order quite a big box of stuff and it wasn't much to make me cringe away from shipping cost.
deja123 0 Posted January 12, 2011 ...i don´t know exactly but it was 100$ for 2 wood boxes incl screw driver and pam rubberstrap incl shipping to germany http://www.aobobuy.com/PaneraiBox-01-9369.html
w204 0 Posted January 12, 2011 The PAM boxes are nice! The only thing I noticed is that closeup, you notice the wood stain isn't as good as the gen's. The screw also for the hinges aren't flush, but that's just expected for Chinese wood labor.

Irishcain 0 Posted March 5, 2013 I ordered two watches from Robbie. Good experience start to finish Did you ordered thru the website or contacted him via email? I registered rou the site. When I made an order, I heard back from Robbie the next day. One caveat: the site dodoesn't seem to be updated too often. Be prepared to hear what you want isn't in stock. Good luck

black263 228 Posted March 30, 2013 I can understand why you might want to display your replica in a nice box, but unless you are setting out to fool people, I can't see the point in fake documentation. Certainly, no-one could view my collection without realising that I couldn't possibly afford genuine versions of them all.
