artings0 0 Posted November 9, 2015 Hello all, My second ever post so please be gentle :-) I recently got this skyfall PO and have decided to change the bracelet for a rubber strap as the clasp post bust. I got it repaired with help from the TD but figured best to get a fallback for everyday wear. Ive also noticed that the pearl has fallen off but cant seem to find out how to replace / best option.....there must be a point where its best to simply replace the watch and use the old for spares??....the liquid metal PO seems a pretty close match? Any comments, pointers would be great guys! P.s. heres some pics

frosty1980 0 Posted November 9, 2015 Thanks. Is it me or is the second hand half a beat out?
artings0 0 Posted November 9, 2015 Thanks. Is it me or is the second hand half a beat out? Perhaps, but perhaps it was the angle of my photography?
GenTLe 1,510 Posted November 9, 2015 Thanks. Is it me or is the second hand half a beat out? It is not a quartz.... It beats 6 times per sec. So the sec hand moves 1/6 sec each beat.
Skyman dave 0 Posted November 11, 2015 If you decide to call it a day with this watch let me know as I could use some of the parts to repair a few faults with my skyfall watch, it's only the movement I really need.

Quickcoupe 0 Posted November 17, 2015 (edited) With regards to the pearl, I just bought a replacement from ebay and used superglue to re-glue mine in and tweezers to position it. It was a bonus for me as I bought my skyfall rep (exactly the same as yours) from Turkey and the original pearl it had looked awful but at that time I didn't have much knowledge about reps. The replacement pearl I got was a lot more like the original: Link here: http://www.ebay.co.u...4311%26_rdc%3D1 HTH ;-) BTW- I wouldn't say you could use your Skyfall rep as spares for an LMPO because it depends on what factory your watch came from originally, and where your new LMPO comes from Its not like the Gens where they are all made by Omega. artings0 0 Posted November 17, 2015 Hi - thanks for the pointer - do you have a pic of the finished product please? Top view and side on view would be great
ByranM 0 Posted November 27, 2015 Love the watch and pics artings0. Have to say, watches with a clear backing are my favorite. I think I like the second strap picture that you posted more than the first one actually.
NicholasShelton 0 Posted November 30, 2015 Did you have this customized or was it already available with the liquidmetal bezel? I had no idea you could get a LM bond watch!
