tesmith2112 0 Posted December 30, 2015 I've been hoping for a decent version of this watch for a long time now. My initial impression is very, very good, but not perfect. There are lots of areas to compliment and commend the Z Factory for this watch, but I'll quickly point out area they can improve. Areas of Improvement: 1) Strap is too short, measuring at 110/70 . The quality however seems to be good, but only time will tell with some wear. 2) AR is good, but not as good as I'd hoped for. I've never handled the gen, but I'm sure this doesn't come close. 3) Seconds at 6 has some stuttering, but not bad. Large hand isn't butter smooth, but smoother. Everything resets great and keeps good time, so no issues there. Now the good: Aesthetically this watch is gorgeous, if you're into the military look. The case finish is outstanding, very well done indeed. Dial detail also outstanding, with raised ink all around, including the date wheel which is suppose to be the same as gen. Pushers are titanium and work great and feel very solid. Now onto the pics... Watch came with a factory seal and Z Factory logo. This is a first for me. Perhaps Z Factory has been doing this for a while on some pieces, but I was surprised to see this. It does improve the unboxing experience, but otherwise I can take it or leave it. As you can see, the date is perfect: Surprised the small sub-dial hands were not lumed, nor the numbers. The gen could be the same, but I was unable to find any gen pics to confirm.
