Hats off to both Zenith and a very tallented young watchmaker.

Kudos to Zenith - very classy of them to react that way. I doubt Rolex would have responded at all. Respect is due to the youngster as well...

Jean-Frédéric Dufour is a classy guy, widely regarded as the nicest of any of the Swiss bigwigs and the watch presses Man of the Year 2011 may I add. Nice to see they had NOS items to supply him too instead of being thrown out years ago. I'd love an EP based watch, ANY EP based watch!

Col.

That's an extremely talented young man to have learnt so much about watchmaking at such a young age. And Zenith's response is simply classy.

OK, sure you can be cynical and think "great marketing" on Zenith's part...

But I would like to think Mr Dufour & Zenith are just a class act.

I prefer to think this also...but true...it makes me want to buy a Zenith!

Although, regardless of what I buy down the road...

it is going to be a replica.
