grumpyguy 0 Posted March 2, 2016 Just an FYI-- Arranged purchase with TD. Moneygram payment. Paid with my credit card. Gave Moneygram the name of the purchaser, Moneygram sends me a confirmation code. Sent name and confirmation code to TD. Three days later TD emails me to say he went to Moneygram to pick up the payment and somebody had already gotten it. I call Moneygram and they say the payment was picked up. He calls Moneygram China and they say the payment was refunded. I call Moneygram and they say the payment was cancelled by me. (It wasn't, btw) The charge is still on my credit card.
