J12 watch band adjustment

i bought my good ladyy a j12 and need to adjust the strap size

 

has anyone any knowledge of how to do this easily??

 

thinking of getting one of these

That's the kind of thing you need. You can get them from the watch shop here, too.

I'm not sure that particular pin pusher will work on the j12 - the bracelet has very small holes. I tried to size a j12 for a friend and my pin pusher (like the one in your link) would not fit - you need a very fine pin pusher. I think the better quality pin pushers come with interchangeable pins with various diameters so perhaps you should try to source one like that.

 

Also, the pins have a cap on them so when you finally do get a pin pusher to fit and push the pin through, the cap comes back out the side you push from.
