I got a grey dial "white gold" with roman numerals a couple of years ago from Toro and it was with that movement and quoted around 350$ if I remember well. Great buy with lovely presidential bracelet. I would personally avoid fake diamonds and gold plated bits on such expensive watches: the fake diamonds look fake and the gold will be a crap when the plating will start to fade away...
