NCRich 13,798 Posted July 27, 2016 I was ordering a couple cases for a vintage build from Silix and since I was paying shipping/WU fees I looked about the cheapie section for something to add. I'd previously ordered an Air King from there and had been impressed. Clicked on the other button under Rolex and there was a selection of odd watches. 4 different Precisions, some handwind with plexi (as it should be) 2 mineral crystal with auto. All had drilled lugs. So I went for the black with the correct stuff under the theory that white and black dials are the hardest to screw. Much like an Aliexpress buy I wasn't looking for much. As usual the quality of QC pics from Silix barely let me identify the model of the watch. They also forgot to email me tracking which is just as well since it never works. Anyway, I got it today and I'm really blown away. It is really top notch looking and the build quality is off the charts. A lot of the Silix cheapies are crap but some must be old stock reps that were made in a different era. The plexi is outstanding and the bracelet feels quality and looks great. It is a small watch but it wears really nicely on my 7.5 inch wrist. OK pics Inner caseback engraved, brass movement holders with movement tabs. Nice smooth handwind movement.
