Epacket to France

I bought 2 watches from Tim. Shipped the same day but separetly. One is arrived (less than 7 days) but the second one is still not delivered... The statut is départ Roissy international pic (93) since the 13th of octobre.

 

What guys do you think? Stuck on custom or just la poste is toi busy at Roissy?
