james19801980 0 Posted December 13, 2016 I just noticed trustytime have these on the website and I am thinking about taking a punt whilst deciding on a gen (the 45mm PO was too big, the 42mm felt "off" due to the height). A quick question about the Miyota, is the movement likely to be a bona fide Miyota? I've read plenty that movements advertised as gen swiss eta are more likely to be reclaimed parts - so have always stuck to clones. I assume the availability/cost of Miyota makes this less likely to be an issue? No guarantees in this hobby of course, but I have had gens with a Miyota and found it to be rock solid. Just curious if anyone has experience of a miyota powered rep.. Thanks!
GenTLe 1,512 Posted December 13, 2016 9015 is a very good movement. A bit noisy for the rotor that wind in ones direction only, but not differently than the previous models with the low beat Miyota 8210.
