Have open case backs showing those gorgeous movements. That's a good suggestion. Otherwise, if you can get a BNIB Portuguese for 4500 euro out the door, do it. Congrats, not sure what you're getting but should be great. By the way talking about the Zenith, they have a gorgeous two-tone version for $5600. It's all been said already-- timeless, classic, etc.,etc., but one word you sure as hell won't hear too often in the genuine "brand name" watch arena is VALUE. If this watch doesn't take the crown for "most bang for your buck", it's damn close. 10 times more watch for your money than a Submariner, IMHO. Only gen Rollies I have left are vintage-- sold my 116610 and 116660 after finding these forums and getting my first NOOB DSSD. In retrospect, I feel like a complete tool for paying as much as I did for these. I was lucky enough to have gotten good deals on both and thankfully only lost several hundred on them with sale, which I was glad to pay as an "educational fee". No mass-produced steel dive watch is worth 15 grand, I don't give a damn whose name is on it. Just my opinion of course, and there are plenty of folks on this and other forums that would bitterly disagree with me, but I used to shit bullets every time I accidentally knocked my wrist against a door jam or something, lol.
