London 2012 Olympics countdown clock

I was in London today and took the opportunity to snap the London 2012 Olympics countdown clock in Trafalgar Square - sponsored by Omega! It only got set up yesterday for the "500 days to go" milestone and then it broke down .

 

Anyway, it was working again today (only 499 days to go )......so here it is:-

I read about the clock stopping yesterday, not a great advert for Omega.

 

I love your superocean with the mesh bracelet Del, did the bracelet come with the watch? I know breitling are using mesh bracelets more but I haven't seen any of the dealers selling them.

Yes, I think it was embarrassing for Omega and the Olympic committee when it stopped .

 

I bought the SOHv2 from mondeov6 - I believe that the watch originally came with a rep mesh but it couldn't be adjusted so was virtually useless. Rolf put this after-market mesh on it that has links either side of the clasp so can be adjusted to suit - it really suits the watch!
