David543 0 Posted March 26, 2011 Stunning watch. I just love it. What a fantastic, rare and exquisit complication. I really get what you mean about complications. Each of my genuines has something special about it. Reps have really helped me get a feel for the genuines I would like.
Slim 0 Posted March 26, 2011 congrats to you. A nice timepiece that will stay in your family for generations no doubt. I'd love to think my IWCs would stay in my family for generations. But I'm sure my stepdaughters would sell all three of mine about a week after I've gone, and spend the money on WKD and cider. I suppose the clever thing to do would be to sell them now so I can drink them instead.
Slim 0 Posted March 26, 2011 Technically he'd have to adjust it every time he lets it wind down Calendar adjustment has to do with date - you only need to set the proper month, day, and year, then all other calendar functions will automatically be set to the proper values for that day. True until 2100, then a watchmaker has to meddle with it unfortunately.
