Do ALPHA make those rep Omega's?

Do those rep Omegas come from this Chinese ALPHA watch-brand-makers?

It just struck me, I have no idea myself, just wondering...

That's what I'd call an Omega hommage, not a rep.

Yes I know it's not a rep of Omega on that picture but I was just wondering if perhaps ALPHA made those reps. Many of their watches seems to look very close to Omega's, I mean, change the dial etc and you are almost there...

I believe they are just an assembler of parts, making homage watches. Alpha-USA carries replacement stems for ST19 movements, and definitely doesn't charge wholesale/manufacturer prices for them.

Alpha buy in their case-sets etc from elsewhere and just assemble them (like many of the other homage makers), so they may well use parts that you'll also find in reps...
