That lume is amazing.

Don't suppose you offer that service and water proofing do you?! I've read your DSSD mod posts. Impressive.

Damn mulder is that U-BOAT from Robert ?! Awhgg I still like U-BOAT lol :D

Thank you RacingSnake and SteveA B)

RacingSnake until now, still not, but maybe next half of this year, after discussion with RWG staff, maybe I would start modding some watches, to see what would be the response and how much members would like to use my services. But now I still need to practice, practice, practice. The lume on this DSSD is a bit greenish, like I have in my signature. Only camera took it blue, thanks to automatic white balance. I will soon have 1g of DEEP Blue like BK uses (thanks to Alvinado), and I will try to mix it with my lume to see the results. I also will get parts for another DSSD, that I am going to build and mod :) I am also looking forward to mod my Submariner and Ploprof. Hopefully I will be able to do it around middle of April or sooner.

SteveA it really glows like leds when it is FULLY CHARGED ! :) And I have noticed, 3 different colors what depends which light I have used. When I use UV Led torch (have 12 UV LEDs) the lume is Greenish-Aqua, when I use halogen light (30W, emitting also heat) the lume is Aqua-Blue and when I use Neon light (10W, cold) the lume is Aqua color. When it is fully charged and it is night, I can really illuminate the wall with it :D At least for few minutes, then it stables, but trough the night, the LUME on DSSD is clearly more visible that on other watches.

Regarding those DSSDs, is that lume "standard" on those "ultimate" versions currently on sale?

I'm still can't remember if this is a 5513 or a 5514 :)

http://doubleredseadweller.com/comex%20watch.htm

but I think it's a 5514 as it has the engraved back.

Don't wear it very often but I do love it! ;)

Makes me feel better to see that your Big Pilot has no trim around the date either! I thought mine was a defect.
