Jholmeson 0 Posted May 10, 2017 Looks vintage... 40s-70s. The only vintage Patek rep I know is the 530, which looks different to this. If you just want the vintage dress watch vibe you're best off scouring eBay for a 60s mechanical watch, plenty of watches like this - a ton of long forgotten Swiss manufacturers for $10-100 or Longines, Omega etc for under $1k.
