Tudor & David Beckham...

David Beckham is the face of the new Tudor campaign Born To Dare

https://www.tudorwat...om/born-to-dare

That's a heavyweight advertising investment, bound to gain a new batch of supporters to the brand. (I also didn't know they are partner sponsors for the Lions Tour of NZ)

Never mind Beckham, this is stunning https://www.tudorwat...-g/m79733n-0002 Sorely tempted to even sell some reps to buy the gen!

I really like the look of it but go try that rivet bracelet before you seriously think of buying one. I have said this a few time before but I did try it and its shit, the rep non rivet version is so much better than the gen rivet

This is funny! :lmao2:

Don't think the two-tone rep is out yet though, is it?

I really like the watch too. :thumbsup2: But not the price of £3,400 though.

Next time I'm near the local AD I'll go in for a look. I got a gen Tudor Submariner for my 21st and its my 40th in a few months so maybe time for another Tudor :D

I love my v1 Black Bay and wear it a lot, in fact I'm wearing it today.

I've not seen a rep of this yet Del.

TBH I thought the price wasn't too bad mate for a bi-metal gen.

Pretty good price I think. A used two tone Rolex sub would be almost double...

It's all relative. For one, it's not a Rolex. ;)

And I'm not a bi kind of guy... :giggle:

I see it's only £2,580 for the leather strap version though. :woo:

Not being a Rolex might command a premium soon :P

Definitely all relative, at 2.5k its a very nice watch. In house movement. some bits of gold and a date are nice plus points for me.

(though I do wish they had stuck with the rose on the dial and the smiley text below)

Its part of the Rolex family ;)

I'm liking a bit of bi as I get older

£2,580 for the leather version is a bargain!! Although its the bracelet that sets it off for me.

It actually came out a couple of years ago as a fantasy model so old rose and smileytext dial layout and no date, but on the plus side solid instead of riveted bracelet

Like that double date to be fair.

This will bring a new influx of younger folk to the brand.

Not sure if that's a good thing or not but he's still a cool f.ck is DB.

I like the head, heard bad things about the bracelet. The old rep one is supposed to be better, also the bracelet is wrapped not solid as you can guess from the price

Personally not a fan of the *Daytona Black Bay* Great move for Tudor though.

Why i think so?

Tudor is a well known brand to most *Watch Enthusiasts* but in the real world most people don't know what Tudor is, with someone like David Beckham endorsing them, Tudor will get a lot of recognition from non watch enthusiasts

*Oh look its that brand that David Beckham wears*
