My new Ploprof !!

Recommended Posts

mspangl

Hey guys...

So like a month ago I purchased my my first watch from Lay! .. And I gotta say it's more than amazing.

I tried on the gen a couple weeks ago.. Now I compared the sweep of the seconds-hand and I gotta say that the sweep is 1:1

I went for the gen Eta version :notworthy:

I know my pics don't do justice to this more than awesome watch BUT they aren't that bad actually :

congrats, Love the dial. I don't understand the metal thing around the bezel, but I'm always late to catch on.

Gorgeous watch, I must say! Enjoy it in good health.

As a newbie here, this might be a very basic question and for that apologise in advance.

I managed to source the same watch recently (thanks to members who helped me with this) but the strap was not "fitted" with the clasp. While I can see the logic behind this, as each person may want to adjust the length to suit their wrist, as I am a novice when it comes to watches, I have no idea how to "fit" the strap with the clasp.

I have looked around for some advice but have not been successful to date.

I will greatly appreciate anyone who can advice me on how I can fit the strap to the clasp.

Thank you

PS: This is a wonderful forum and being part of this forum has contributed to three new watches, which I didnt really need but really really wanted :)

It's really easy mate.. I used a pair of scissors for one side and a scalpel at the other one.

Just don't cut too much of it..

Thank you for your response, mate.

I wasnt sure if I had to cut the extra length off as it sounded far too drastic. But, obviously that is the right thing to do.

Appreciate your help in this matter.
