Start anew, or replace the dial

So as the title says I am trying to decide whether to just replace the dial or build from scratch.  This one is already done, and is basically perfect.  But a rep dial.

I can just replace that dial, or sell this and just build another.  Trying to figure out which I should do.  Got this gen dial today, so I can do either.

I guess this is gold linen? Something textured anywho.
