I’ve bought a few from them, usually pretty good at replies. There could be a few reasons for the delay, there’s been a spurt of raids recently which affects factories, the season generally increases sales volumes so just could be flat out busy, or they might be trying to source one, often they’ll not reply if there’s nothing to tell you. 

Or maybe they didn’t get your email, I find [email protected] type address works best.

@splke I believe they are water resistant to 50m but don’t quote me on this
