johnlogan 7 Posted December 26, 2017 PT have a 60 min turnaround on emails. If you do not receive a reply within 59 min they fail on their KIPs. I urge you to bombard them with emails every hour, pls put Ryan, sales & QC in cc, until you have been kept up to date. Also demand the 25% discount code they hand out.
