Anything can be done but it is unlikley that it would be economical.

im willing to mod and updrade it slowly, is there a place to find modders that kind? can i send it back to lucy to gold plate it?

If I may ... you'd better source and buy plated parts (bezel/crown/bracelet ...) then swap and sell the unused parts.
