MikeMcNair 0 Posted April 10, 2011 Looking for the chopard that has the "e-f" fuel gauge looking power reserve, numbers ON THE DIAL, not the glass, NO CHRONO! Here's the catch: I would like an auto mvmnt, AND no polished bezel, I prefer the brushed or titanium look. Is there an homage of this or is this even a watch they make? Baldrick 1 Posted April 10, 2011 That's a standard Chopard MILLE MIGLIA Gran Turismo XL, NONE of them come with brushed bezel, but you can mod this yourself ! The older versions such as this one illustrated here had noisy rotors and incorrect datewheel colours, plus the MILLE MIGLIA on the crown was reversed, these faults have all been fixed now. MikeMcNair 0 Posted April 10, 2011 excellent, thank you. the 308 with black dial and brown strap is what i am looking for. now, are the lume dial indices actually recessed where the lume is? or is the lume painted on TOP of the metal. (i saw a pic of the indices close up and they appeared to have paint on TOP of them, making it VERY HARD to relume which i plan to do. if they are actually recessed a little, this will help tremendously.) and what are the movements in the gen? auto? i would prefer an auto (clone) as i dont want to spend a ton on it. thanks in advance. What are the movement options? And does the gen have a 28,800bpm mvmnt? Cause if so I gotta get that, I won't wear a watch that ticks if the gen sweeps.
