So I called on Friday 04/15 and spoke with a nice young lady. I told her the 3 straps I wanted and make sure they all came with at least a basic buckle which she assured me they did. She took my credit card info, told me my order would ship out Monday and we were done. Today still nothing. Now keep in mind I am less than 5 hours from their location. So far, I am not too impressed. The ordering process was 'iffy' at best and not getting any tracking info is not a good sign.
