Hey came across this site while trying to find which sites are legit and not.

Over the past few years I have been buying some gens in the $700 to $1500 price range while wanting watches in the $5000 to $15000 range just couldn't afford them so I settle on a Movado or TAG. I knew reps existed just never bought any before because I did not know quality reps existed until a few weeks ago when I decided to start researching. I came across this site a few days ago and have been scouring the site to get knowledge and am now looking to purchase my first rep. Not sure who to get it from yet or what to get. The Brietlings I have been seeing are georgous same with some of the Omegas. Its awesome to think I can get 5 reps for the price of what I was paying for a gen before.

Does anyone know of a good place in the Houston area to get reps serviced?

Thanks,

JK

Welcome to the Forum!!!

Breitlings are one of the best replicas "out of the box", especially Super Avenger and Avenger Skyland.

Many great replicas exist, so, prepare to be thin in cash quite soon. :gday_mate_haveabeer:

For newbee I'd recommend Mary (Watchinternational), she's very patient with noobs, Lay (ReplicaMake), also great dealer, and Mark (TimeShop or TS). Robert (PrestigeWatchCompany, or PWC) is fantastic dealer too, just need to know, what exactly do you want.

And... Yes, I think we have one professional watchsmith from TX. it is or "14060 or 16610?", he's member of our Forum, or Katt Repair.

One of them is from TX. You can fing Katt on RWG jr forum.

Good luck!!!

Im from Texas too so Howdy! For servicing, I use a guy in Minnesota who is not on this forum, but has rave reviews on our sister forum. I have owned both Breitling and Omega reps, both were fantastic! I used Mary initially, but I have also used Robert as well, very, very pleased with their service!

Howdy podner!

My daughter is out of A&M while I did UT. Therefore, no peace here at thanksgiving fur shor.

Mary has been most patient with me and is getting me a Chanel J12 to keep the wife happy first.

Then it's my turn.

Let us know how the servicing goes. Could come in handy for me.

Ok going to pull the trigger on the first rep. going to go with something inexpensive to test it out. From what I've read from other posts everything is the same as the 7750 version just this one has the 21j movement. Is that correct?

IMO a very poor rep. All the sub dials are wrong and what should be the chrono second hand is actually the regular second hand which means it will always be turning. Do yourself a favor and if you insist on a cheap 21j Chinese movement, at least don't get a chrono. A cheap quartz would be much better if you don't want to go with an actual 7750 chrono movement.

Tag Heuer Carrera

42 mm.

Asian automatic movement.

Stainless steel case & bracelet with lock deployment folding clasp.

Silverdial.

Functional day (subdial 9), month (subdial 12) & hour (subdial 6)

Date window at 3 o'clock.

Glass back case

Synthetic sapphire crystal glass.

USD 98.00

Very good watch, if you have small wrist. At least it's real chrono.

If you have a wrist 7" and up - 41mm watch will look kinda girly.

I'd recommend 43mm TAG, it also has Day function.

Little bit more pricey, but worth every penny. Lay has it too. Choose your dealer.

Hey jk!

I noticed the more expensive Tag Carrera reps on replicamake dropped in price by 50 bucks. You might consider one of those. I have one on the way but I paid the higher price, guess I should have waited a week!

texski, I'm not in the metroplex but I am down the 35 a ways in San Antonio

my last name is pronounced Mooha, so a lot of people call me moo :P and the 12 is the year I graduate from Texas A&M, 2012. Your class year is extremely important to an Aggie so thats why I put it in my name :)
