European Version of Ofrei and Esslinger?

Hello fellow modders!

I've made the tragic mistake of working with Seagull ST19s and Russian 3133 Chronograph movements. I've been on the hunt for replacement watch hands for both movements. It was not as easy as I anticipated. I've tried Cousinsuk and they have been worse than useless so far... I discovered that Ofrei and Esslinger had way more options and they do have some of the hands I need.

My question is this: Is there a European parts shop similar in scale to the American Ofrei and Esslinger? Apart from Cousinsuk of course. If nothing comes up, I'll buy them from America. But I am curious to know if there are European options for the long term savings.

For reference for anyone trying to mod these movements:

ST19 Hands: 1.40x0.95x0.27/0.27x0.18

3133 Hands: 1.40x0.90x0.25/0.25x0.20

Yup the ST19 is a ball ache.
