Inherited a few reps

Recommended Posts

KarmaToBurn

My father-in-law passed away after a short battle with cancer this past September. It was him in 2012 who got me started down the path of reps by requesting a sub for Christmas. After a bunch of research I wound up ordering him a Regmariner.  After that I was hooked on reps myself. Over the next several years I also helped him to order a few more for his collection. While cleaning out the house the other day I was given the reps that I helped him order.

My first order and his Regmariner (which eventually died but he had the movement replaced)

This is a wonderful collection to inherit.  Given the circumstances, I am sure he would be proud to have his son-in-law wear those with pride.  My condolences as well.

Thanks guys. He was a good man and an incredible Italian chef. He also had very different taste in watches than I do but I'll be happy to keep these in my collection. I've already worn the Sub and Sinn a few times.

Firstly my condolences, a loss that can’t be replaced but remembered for life. From looking at the choice of watches i can say he had a good eye for them.

Wear in good health Sir
