I bought a Horotec 1.4mm that did the job nicely

My memory is telling me I used a bigger one than that, like 1.8mm. But my memory has been known to lie to me.

I was actually advised 1.6mm! But the 1.4mm worked ok for me, maybe I was just lucky with easy screws :)

Hello good day!
I want to make a next purchase of this model, but I am very maniacal with the bezel insert being well centered, what can you tell me about the Omega 300m VSF replica?

This is page 9 of a full report and feedback on the watch - what more do you want ???

@josssubirats

I will take it short - it's one of the best reps OOTB you can get. My favourite watch.

If You are maniacal with the bezel insert then consider quitting the rep world. You will drive us and td's crazy...

I've been looking at what you can also do is take off the bevel insert and re-glue it fully centered, would you see a recommended option for this?
Or do you see too much work?

Too much work. You might screw up a nice watch.  Doesn't bother me if it's off a click :blind:

Just make sure in QC that you get one that is perfectly centred - tell the TD in advance that's what you want.

Quick question to owners. Can’t decide between the blue or grey. What do you think and what made you pull the trigger on the colour. Thanks in advance.

Blue! Well, both actually. In fact, 'all'. But out of the two, I'd go for the blue (I have all of the colours pretty much).

Thanks mate!  Was leaning towards grey myself.  Love my 2531.80 gen but this new blue is a bit bold for me I think.  Thanks to all.

I'm kidding. It's purely a matter of personal taste. I genuinely recommend you get them all, they're brilliant reps.

@TheGingerFerret

Which one is your favorite in this Monsterbox?

I started with the blue/silver 300m. My first Rep. But I think I need more! :D
