watchwinder repair

hi guys,

 

i bought a watchwinder of ebay

but since the ad was in german i didnt fully understand that it was defective :lol:

it has a problem with the motors and they dont seem to work right

so i need to replace the 2 motors

 

on my search on the net i found this site with exactly the same watchwinder:

this guy is useing mabuchi motors but i dont know exactly wich model

i should get.

 

could somebody help out with this or advise another motor that i can use?

That looks a lot like an Acetimer winder. Contact Anthony at Acetimer and he can probably supply you with new motors. His are very high quality and exceptionally quiet.

 

They are located in California and have a web site or they can be found on eBay.

to see what the price will be for 2 motors

 

only they are located in america and im in the netherlands..

 

 

does anyone know a good adres in europe for the motors??

I'm the owner of the blog you mentioned... I'm also new to this forum, so HELLO from sunny Singapore!

 

The motor you need to replace is a Mabuchi DC motor RF500TB-12560. This can be purchased online.

 

Anyway, I've also sent an email to you the other day about this too.
