SB56667 155 Posted May 20, 2011 Alright, so I've been on this site all of a month, and it's completely taken over my life. I've gotten my first two reps from Mary, and now I'm looking for a third. I won't even mention the impact on my work productivity... My tastes lean classic: Breguet, PP, VC, and now that I've discovered them, Lange and Glashutte. At the moment my very modest collection includes a pretty poor Breguet and a slightly better VC I bought 5 years ago in Moscow, plus a rose gold Breguet skeleton from Mary (have to exchange it because of the missing hour marker at 8 o'clockl): ...and a Lange with an offset dial that's very nicely made, but includes a very silly design flaw by the rep maker: the 3 o'clock subdial on the gen is a 7-day power reserve with markings that read "Ab" and "Auf." On the rep, they've changed this to "Sun" and "Mon" to make it a day marker. Which would be fine -- except the subdial hand moves backward from Sunday to Monday! So as I was looking for my next purchase, the Glashutte PanoMaticLunar caught my eye. A few trusted dealers seem to stock sub-$100 reps that at least superficially look close to the gen. (Gen pictured) I read a lot about the Glashutte Senator 60s on this forum, but does anybody have any comments on the PanoMaticLunar? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

There's a lot of info on the board and you need to spend some time reading it.
