powderfreak 0 Posted May 28, 2011 Hey folks, I seem to have a little problem here. Bought a Breitling Bentley with a black pam leather strap some time ago and never wore it until I recently got a Breitling metal bracelet. So as I wanted to remove the ugly pam strap, I found out that the upper strap is held in place by some very strage pin. Maybe someone could help me remove that thing, take a look: (regular pin as comparison) Any ideas? If you can't see the problem, imagine this: The pin has no thin ends with one or two edges around it. The outer part remains as thick as it is and it seems as the "moving" part is inside the pin. I don't want to break it, so what to do?
sconehead 5 Posted May 28, 2011 ...if you get a proper spring bar removal tool like this, https://shop.homage-watches-guide.com/index...p;productId=116 you can swap out the tips until you find the right one for the job. Trust me on this, I used to faff about with screwdrivers, marked a few watches up and generally had a hard time removing them sometimes...'tis a thing of the past with one of these bad boys...
