I'm not sure at all you can use a DWO on the 2834.The 2834 is a day/date movement, in the rep world it is typically used in the Rolex day/date watch.The 2834 has the day wheel placed OVER the date wheel:If you glue a DWO on the date wheel it will inevitably rub against the day wheel (providing you can put the day wheel without bending it) and get damaged in not much time.Finally, which kind of watch are you tinkering? The DWO of your link is for a 40mm submariner/GMT/yacht master (which never uses a 2834). The 2834 are used in the daydate, those come in 36/41mm cases and, at least for the 36mm, there is a specific one. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I have to replace the dwo because a number has worn out. my watchmaker managed to find a dwo but i don't like fonts. so now I want to find a new one. also the numbers are not aligned. Anyway, raffles dials has them, they are just not listed.
