The king of relumes was located in the EU, KeNnY, but he hasn't been around for a while and he stopped doing relume jobs a long time ago. There was another guy in the US, his nic escapes me, Cwazy or something like that. Another member that has disappeared into the ether a few years ago at least. You may be able to find someone over at RWI, but here on RWG, most relume jobs have been self-taught and self-executed and may not be offering services to the forum unfortunately.
