What I did I just remove the old blue paint paint from it, and spray it. I cleaned the surface with acetone. Ok Kenny ... thx for your quick reply .. i guess dont need base coat as it is inside the watch and chances of the paint not adhering is pretty slim ... love the white hands .. makes the watch look so much nicer IMO ...
