Balad1 0 Posted June 9, 2011 Can anybody explain to me why watcheden sucks? They are not a trusted dealer for RWG but are on a least one of the other boards. They went though a spell of terrible service and have since improved from what I understand. But still not to the level that our dealers perform. The only thing good about W.E. in my opinion is that they have lots of photos of stuff. I've search handbags and wallets on their site and then sent the photo to Mary at Watch International to source for me. greg_r 83 Posted June 9, 2011 Can anybody explain to me why watcheden sucks? Firstly, they know next to nothing about the products they sell (I'm probably being generous with that comment ). They will happily list any piece of crap a factory sends them - including large quantities of low-end "Canal St" junk. If you place an order with them and they don't actually have the exact thing that you ordered, they have an unfortunate tendency to send whatever other crap they have to hand instead. Having said that, they DO at least TRY to get it right and their aftersales service is pretty decent. They're a long way from being the worst dealer out there, but they don't meet the required standard to be a dealer here (we're very picky about who gets to sell on RWG). If you do buy from them, you just have to bear in mind that there can be problems and you need to be prepared to put in some effort to get things resolved if they do go wrong.
