Simonix 8,661 Posted October 5, 2020 I had the opportunity to take on an unfinished project from someone recently. This build consists of some great parts that are very hard to get hold of, and some are particularly sought after in the Homage building world. Here are the components: Early Silix 3646 case. Fully reworked, shaped and lug soldered (hidden springbars) by Gordon at NW. Custom Molnija movement holder. NW California style plexi and custom bezel. NW Crown and stem tube. Moly 3602, with blued screws and serviced - from Belkin. A lovely DOW/Southy Cali dial. NW heated blued hands (have some "upgraded" BinBin ones still in progress). Gunny Paupe strap and “228” engraved Buckle. I had to put all the parts together, fitting and finishing the case work, drilling and fitting stem tubes, etc. This is the final result (until I finish the BinBin hands anyway). Love the DOW dial.
