Psssniper 84 Posted October 5, 2020 So the father in law has a couple watches one of which is this Breitling J-Class 80290 He managed to accidentally pop the bezel off one day and I was tasked with finding a replacement. Quote from a jeweler was $2000 It was gold so there's that to factor but he doesn't want to spend that kind of money and realistically you can buy an entire used Breitling 80290 for less than that. So is there a rep Breitling that would have a compatible bezel? I've searched ebay and elsewhere for an original in stainless but no luck so far. He doesn't care if it's original or stainless or whatever he also doesn't mind the Colonel kurtz look. Battery's dead on the caliper but it seems to read 33.5 overall and the groove is 32.5 Tried to unscrew the one on my gate special but the screws just spin leading me to think its a pop off type rather than being retained by the screws and the ID seems too small anyway Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
