Omega planet ocean 45.5mm repair

Hi Gents, I'm after a few web links where I may be able to get replacement parts to repair my planet ocean the dial was messed up by myself like a twat I slipped with a little bit of glue wrecking the dial after replacing the number marker after it fell off 2nd problem the stem tube is working but very poor I've added the picture to help identify the movement also as I don't what it is, I would love to get the watch back to its former glory can anyone help Please

It is V6F factory, I would expect them to be sold out, so m2m probably.
